Wealth Management

Robin Capital Partners is looking for IT deal partners to work closely with us in identifying, sourcing, and evaluating potential targets with the intent of joining the acquisition company as a CEO, CFO or board member post-close. These IT deal partners will be asked to work with RCP in evaluating industries and growth potential of acquisition targets and assist with building rapport with sellers. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in management, P&L, and M&A.While we do not require a full-time commitment, we do expect that some of your time will be spent dedicated evaluating opportunities. This is more of an entrepreneurial path that can yield considerable upside than finding another executive role.

This personal experience shapes his work and guides the core values of Art of M&A: integrity and trust, enduring relationships, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. These principles are at the heart of his approach to every partnership.Pedro also appreciates the emotional and complex nature of selling a business, a decision that is often deeply personal. For many owners, finding the right partner is daunting, often filled with uncertainty and the risk of suboptimal outcomes.
